Zeinab Lakiss

Zeinab Lakiss is the primary point of contact for queries received at the Registry, while undertaking a broad range of duties related to case administration for the Court and the QFC Regulatory Tribunal. She also provides administrative and operational support to the Judiciary and Registry team.

She holds a Bachelor in Law from Lebanese University.

 

Fatima Al-Ali

Fatima Al-Ali leads the development of the Court’s external partnerships and advises on legal issues related to business operation, combining legal experience and strong business expertise. 

Holding a law degree with Honours from Sussex University, she developed a passion for children’s rights and child abuse investigation.

Duha Ahmed Al-Mulla

Duha Ahmed Al-Mulla is responsible for the administration of cases before the Court, the QFC Regulatory Tribunal and Alternative Dispute Resolution Centre. She joined the team in 2019 as Case Progression Manager – Associate to manage the progress of cases from the point of initial enquiry to final determination and disposal.

Hamad Muhammad Al-Musfir

Hamad Muhammad Al-Musfir provides legal analysis to the Court’s judiciary and contributes to the management of cases appearing before the Court. As a law clerk, he also provides direct assistance and counsel to judges and sits in on court hearings.

Prior to joining QICDRC, Hamad gained extensive legal experience by interning at several international legal firms in Qatar and undertaking a summer placement in a Dubai-based UK legal firm.

Abdullatef Al-Mohannadi

Abdullatef Al-Mohannadi was appointed in 2019 as Deputy Registrar to support the Registrar in case management for the Court and the QFC Regulatory Tribunal. Previously, he served as a Prosecutor Assistant in the Public Prosecution and later founded his law firm, where he managed various corporate, criminal, labour, leasing, liquidation, and civil lawsuits. Abdullatef acts on behalf of the Court and the Tribunal to ensure that government institutions comply and enforce the Court and Tribunal’s orders and decisions. He holds a Bachelor of Law from Qatar University.

Christopher Grout

Christopher Grout oversees the management of cases before the Qatar International Court and the QFC Regulatory Tribunal. He is also a member of the senior management team and the Judicial Advisory Board.

From 2007 to 2009, he worked for the Ministry of Justice at the Court of Appeal (Criminal Division) in the Royal Courts of Justice, London. In 2009, he joined 15 New Bridge Street where he specialised as a criminal defence barrister appearing in the Magistrates Courts, Youth Courts, Crown Court, High Court and Court of Appeal, before joining the QICDRC in 2012.
